Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Stone Paradise Limited. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
- Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems, including conflicts and issues related to office operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
