About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at FoluOs Law Office. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
    • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
    • Respond to inquiries and provide general information
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
    • Prepare and send mail and messages
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology

    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
