The Office Assistant at FoluOs Law Office plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation: Type, proofread, and manage correspondence, forms, and various documents.
- Communication: Handle incoming telephone and electronic inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Data Management: Work with reports from both manual and electronic files, maintaining accurate inventories and databases.
- Mail Processing: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
- Customer Interaction: Provide general information to clients and the public, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is up to date.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- File Management: Organize, label, and store files according to retention schedules.
- Financial Data: Store, update, and retrieve financial information as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Demonstrates adaptability, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Organized and reliable, with effective time management abilities.
- A team player with a focus on client satisfaction.
