About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Exporttek Inc. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Office Operations
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner
    • Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail
    • Proficient in MS Office
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
