Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our regional sales team by providing administrative support and facilitating the execution of administrative tasks in support of account management, business development, and systems maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise between the regional customer team and the back office commercial team for any administrative questions and requests.
  • Liaise between the regional customer team and the national Sales operations team to ensure proper execution of the customer commercial plan with the Field Sales team.
  • Work with customer team to identify changing sales trends.
  • Track and update the internal commercial team on all key commercial initiatives (innovations, customer big bets, quarterly initiatives, etc.).
  • Liaise and coordinate post promotional analysis with the RGM team.
  • Support in gathering all the information required for the customer team to prepare their monthly performance review with the regional Sales Director.
  • Support in gathering all the information required for the customer team to prepare their customer one-year plan.
  • Support in gathering all the information required to support the customer team for their customer presentations.
  • Support the customer team to fill and ensure that all customer fact sheets are accurate and on time.
  • Update and maintain the sales repository and other sales-related tools.
  • Support regional customer team maintenance by completing master data requests.
  • Manage customer portals by gathering information needed and update accordingly.
  • Act as the resource person for the Sales team with respect to Master Data and ERP.
  • Prepare various sales and volume reports as needed by internal / external customers.
  • Owner of the regional weekly sales meeting in partnership with the regional Sales Director.
  • Ensure coordination of all regional customer events/trade shows.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • College or University degree in administration, management, or sales; or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual (English, French).

Competencies

  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, and SharePoint).
