About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the building materials distribution industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to deepen commercial relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve sales skills
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide sales forecasting and market information to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience in the building materials distribution industry
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
