We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations at beBee Professionals in Sydney.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence. Ensure timely responses and maintain accurate records.
  2. Calendar Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage office calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
  3. Office Organization: Maintain office supplies, ensure the office is well-organized, and implement systems for efficient workflow.
  4. Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
