Job Summary

Panesar Transport Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 32.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (not required but preferred).
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluency in English.
