Catcher Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to our organization and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new administrative procedures and ensure they are implemented effectively.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
  • Carry out administrative activities such as preparing budgets, maintaining inventory, and assembling data for reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Supervision

The successful candidate will have a team of 3-4 people under their supervision.

Experience and Specialization
  • Proficiency in computer and technology skills, including electronic mail, spreadsheet software, accounting software, and project management software.
Additional Information
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Estimated Salary
