We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Sydney. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage our office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing our filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using your excellent communication and organizational skills to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve our office operations, ensuring that our office is well-coordinated and productive.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
