About the Role

The Director's Office Support Specialist provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director(s) by effectively coordinating day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating all administrative activities, establishing procedures and guidelines, and acting as a liaison with executive assistants and administrative staff within the portfolio and across the health authority.

This position supports assigned networks, individuals, committees, or working groups and collaborates with other members of policy and planning. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the VP, Quality and System Performance, Corporate/Zone Executive Assistants, and Administrative Assistants to other Networks.
