About This Opportunity

Aramark Canada is seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team in Squamish, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing general office administration requirements, supporting head office departmental needs and initiatives, and working as a team member with all office personnel and related staff.

  • This position is based in our Head Office located in Squamish, BC.
  • Standard work hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm in Office, Monday to Friday unless work duties and requirements necessitate a change.
Job Responsibilities
  1. First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, managing front desk reception, and providing general support to visitors.
  2. Manage Office Requirements: Handle office-related inquiries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  3. Plan Events: Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and company gatherings, assist with travel arrangements and logistics for employees, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items as needed.
  4. Manage Inventory: Manage inventory items by verifying stock, transferring product, and advising on utilization of existing supply.
  5. Purchasing: Assist with procurement processes, including vendor coordination and purchasing.
  6. Logistics: Pick, pack, and coordinate shipping of orders, including organizing shipping manifests.
  7. Warehouse Operations: Participate in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient organization and workflow.
  8. Uniform Inventory: Oversee uniform inventory, including ordering, distribution, sales, and stock management.
  9. Departmental Support: Provide administrative and operational support to various departments as needed.
