**The Company**

Bridgemans Services Group LP (BSG) provides flexible, full-service vessels for industrial workforce accommodation, logistics and ferry service at any location throughout the world. BSG customizes services to the exact needs and locations of clients, ensuring that solutions meet precise specifications, including logistics, crew transfers, housekeeping, catering and the fulfillment of all HSE requirements.

**The Opportunity**

The Project Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration in support of the entire project team. A key component of this position will be document control and overseeing the reporting process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
- Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions, HSE (health, safety and environment) and other activities
- Coordinating, facilitating and keeping of meeting minutes
- Support the accounting department with performing routine tasks, including collecting all receipts and tracking expenses, invoicing and other tracking
- Support the management team with enquires and other project administration tasks as required
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment through the diligent practice of all HSE regulations
- Ensure internal orientation and onboarding documents are completed and all managers and supervisors are aware of any updates
- Label and file appropriately all crew documents and certificates
- Coordinate the smooth movements of crew on and off the vessel
- Act as an ambassador for Bridgemans in all dealings with the public, client, management and colleagues

**Qualifications**
- Post secondary education in administration, business or related field
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- 1-2 years of vessel and marine industry knowledge
- Exceptional comprehension and command of the English language (written & verbal)
- Intermediate to expert in Microsoft 365 and Office software and operating systems
- Intermediate knowledge in developing, maintaining and modifying complex spreadsheets, forms and other project documents
- Demonstrated ability to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to take accurate meeting minutes in real-time during meetings

**Working Conditions**
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
