Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Laval, Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying sales and market opportunities in Ontario, maintaining good relations with customers and bidders, and contributing to the growth of our company.
Main Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate sales projects, including equipment rentals and sales, to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Maintain close relationships with customers and partners, including contractors, signage companies, designers, supervisors, government departments, and municipalities.
- Prepare bids according to customer requests and needs, and participate in business development and marketing strategies to meet established sales targets.
- Ensure the company's presence at community forums, groups, associations, and events, and actively approach target clientele.
- Analyze market trends and develop new business relationships at provincial and national levels.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date on current and upcoming calls for tenders.
- Liaise between customers and operations to ensure accurate and complete billing information.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in B2B sales.
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
- Relevant experience in business development and/or marketing, including content creation and communications on social networks.
- Bilingualism required: fluency in French and English (5/5), both oral and written.
