About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at QMB Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the Ontario market, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit bids and proposals to secure new business opportunities
  • Participate in business development and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales
  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in business development and/or marketing, including content creation and social media communications
  • Bilingualism required: fluency in French and English (5/5), both oral and written
