We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at People Corporation. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business opportunities through targeted outreach and research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in small to medium-sized businesses.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Utilize multiple channels to engage with potential clients, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to leverage messaging and content to drive sales.
- Utilize HubSpot as a primary source of truth to track all communications, next steps, and transactional information.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in an outbound sales environment selling solutions to decision-makers.
- Proven track record of strategic use of multiple channels to generate high-quality leads.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven, with a passion for achieving goals.
- Fluency in French (oral and written).
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
