We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Barrière QMB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the Ontario market, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the Ontario market;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction;
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals to customers and partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
- Participate in business development and marketing initiatives to identify new sales opportunities and expand our customer base;
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective teamwork and communication, and to achieve sales targets;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative in our sales approach.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales and business development;
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant field;
- Relevant experience in business development and/or marketing, including content creation and social media communications;
- Bilingualism required: fluency in French and English (5/5), both oral and written;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
