About the Role:

Invictus Direct is seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Industrial Automation marketplace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and network
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with SaaS/software solutions or related fields in Industrial Automation and/or relevant industries
  • Knowledge/experience with PLC, HMI/SCADA Systems, EAM, OEM, System Integrators, etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Bilingual English/French
