Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Invictus Direct. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Industrial Automation marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the Industrial Automation industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- A competitive salary range of $80K - $100K, with opportunities for OTE and uncapped commission
