Director, Employee Experience, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

The Vice President of Talent and Culture is seeking a Director, Employee Experience, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion to play a central role in the development of strategies, practices, and programs aimed at creating an exceptional employee experience for all North American employees, aligned with the company's business strategy.

Main Responsibilities

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

  1. Contribute to the development of the EDI vision and strategy, proposing innovative programs in line with best market practices;
  2. Implement an action plan in line with EDI strategy and identified objectives;
  3. Set annual targets and optimize performance indicators for equity, diversity, and inclusion;
  4. Collaborate with various partners to review and improve talent and culture practices to make them more equitable and inclusive;
  5. Act as a manager of influence with the EDI committee and make recommendations;
  6. Monitor North American EDI best practices.

Employee Experience and Culture:

  1. Ensure that our practices and programs bring the iA culture to life throughout the organization;
  2. Evaluate and evolve the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture strategies, in line with organizational objectives and challenges, as well as best practices;
  3. Optimize non-monetary recognition programs (service anniversaries, employee events, hybrid recognition, etc.);
  4. Participate in senior management committees;
  5. Follow-up on major projects, including budget monitoring.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in a relevant field;
  2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion and culture/organizational development, including at least five years of management experience;
  3. Collaborative skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels;
  4. Excellent management, coaching, and communication skills;
  5. Excellent judgment, ability to set strategy and align collaborators to achieve it;
  6. Intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to participate in committees in English with senior management, and to communicate with internal and external partners throughout Canada and the United States, on a weekly basis.
