Job Title: Director, Employee Experience and Inclusion

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Employee Experience and Inclusion to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a central role in developing and implementing strategies, practices, and programs that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual targets and optimize performance indicators for equity, diversity, and inclusion
  • Participate in senior management committees to drive business decisions and strategies
  • Oversee major projects, including budget monitoring and implementation

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion, and culture/organizational development, including at least five years of management experience
  • Excellent management, coaching, and communication skills
  • Intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to participate in committees in English with senior management, and to communicate with internal and external partners based throughout Canada and the United States, on a weekly basis
