Director of Inclusion and Diversity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Inclusion and Diversity to join our team at CharityVillage. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our organization's inclusion and diversity strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership for the planning and implementation of inclusion and diversity initiatives
- Lead the advancement of our organization's strategy related to health equity and the social determinants of health
- Implement best practices in inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility across the organization
- Lead and provide ongoing support for sector-wide inclusion and diversity-related initiatives and activities
- Act as a resource to other team members on inclusion and diversity principles and related topics
- Deep and abiding commitment to advancing reconciliation, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
- Skilled communicator and mediator with senior leadership experience
- Direct experience working closely with historically marginalized communities
- Understanding of inclusion and diversity best practices in the context of not-for-profit environments
- Ability to develop, facilitate, and evaluate training initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in human rights, equity, diversity, social justice, or social work
