Strategic Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Managing Director, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a global investment organization and contribute to the development of our equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy that aligns with our organization's values and goals
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on equity, diversity, and inclusion best practices to support our global workforce
- Partner with the Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Committee, Employee Resource Groups, and leaders across the organization to ensure all inclusion and diversity strategies, initiatives, and programs support and advance equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Lead the evolution of our equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy and plans, and drive implementation in collaboration with all areas of the business
- Raise awareness and engage stakeholders on measures and achievements on equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
- Support the development of our annual Report on Sustainable Investing
- Influence, coach, and develop equity, diversity, and inclusion capability in leaders across our organization
- Responsible for our Employment Equity initiatives, including development and monitoring of our employment equity plan, reporting, and compliance with all ED&I reporting requirements in each of the jurisdictions in which we operate
- Responsible for our Employee Accessibility initiatives, including development and monitoring of our plan, reporting, and compliance with all ED&I reporting requirements in each of the jurisdictions in which we operate
- Contribute to our organization's overall Mental Health and Well Being strategies
- Represent ED&I for our organization through internal speaking events and panels
- Have a track record of developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives in the areas of ED&I, Accessibility, and Employment Equity
- Have a demonstrated track record of success in leading, influencing, and executing on significant multi-year strategic organizational change initiatives in global organizations
- Have successfully led and managed ED&I programs, steering teams, working groups, and employee resource groups
- Can lead the integration of ED&I into systems, processes, and long-range planning
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop actionable insights
- Can demonstrate a global perspective, grounded in practical experience working with international offices and stakeholders
- Possess a strong business and stakeholder orientation
