Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Dining Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our Food and Beverage division, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring seamless execution of menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Food and Beverage Division to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach staff to maintain established cultural and core standards.
- Visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts.
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the F&B Departments to ensure quality and consistency.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory or management level position in Food and Beverage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills required.
- Competitive salary range: $65,000-$75,000 per year.
