Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Room Service Supervisor to join our team as an Alpine Dining Experience Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and room service staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking guest in-room dining orders, communicating special requests to the kitchen, and coordinating delivery of orders according to Four Seasons standards
  • Answering telephone calls using courteous and efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all necessary information to process the guest's order
  • Communicating guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen using our point-of-sales system; checking completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order; coordinating delivery of items to the guestroom by Room Service Servers in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience
  • Experience working in Food and Beverage operations, ideally Room Service/In-Room Dining
  • Customer service experience
  • A current Serving It Right Certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in Canada

Salary Range: $24.50 - $26.00 per hour

Working Hours: As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays
