Additionally, they will greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. The ideal candidate will have a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, as well as be organized, a team player, and have a client focus. The successful candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be fluent in English. They will work 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
