We are looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role and a high school diploma or equivalent. In this position, you will be responsible for establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and directing clients to relevant contacts or service areas.

You will also be expected to compile data and statistics, order office supplies, and maintain accurate filing systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.

As a Support Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail. You will also be required to work as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $40,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The working hours will be 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term. The work language is English.
