Captain Pizza is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, arranging travel, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. Additionally, you will provide customer service and support to our team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Provide customer service and support
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
