Captain Pizza is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, arranging travel, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. Additionally, you will provide customer service and support to our team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will need to have strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
