  Our Opportunity

  We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the GTA West region. 

  The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sustainable sales volume within their designated territory while maintaining profitability. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business plan for the territory, including objectives and strategies for key accounts.
  • Execute our sales process, utilizing Salesforce CRM to record sales activity and gather account-specific information.
  • Conduct training sessions as required and share product updates with customers, along with new programs or initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage varied workloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and opportunities aligned with our business objectives and goals.
  • Represent Wakefield and Castrol at trade shows as needed.

  Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Field Sales.
  • Experience selling in automotive or commercial industries is an asset.
  • Proven ability in territory sales, including creative and fact-based selling, merchandising, administration, and experience selling to direct and indirect buying headquarters accounts.
