About the Role

The Regional On Premise Manager (ROPM) is a key leadership position within the Red Bull Gruppe, responsible for driving business growth and development in the Central region. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively lead a team of seven On Premise Managers (Musketeers) and optimize resources to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of On Premise Managers to achieve business plan objectives.
  • Manage and optimize available resources to maximize business performance.
  • Work closely with Distribution Partners to continuously optimize the route to market.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership and business development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or business development role.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
