Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide general office support and assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, screening and redirecting calls, and providing information to telephone and reception staff.
  • Verify and enter data, prepare correspondence, file documents and emails, and order office supplies.
  • Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and other documents as required.
  • Open and update files, open and distribute mail and emails, and perform other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the French language.
  • Good knowledge of English (an asset).
  • Good teamwork skills.
