**The Role**:
Dumak is currently hiring for a Bilingual **Administrative Assistant **to join our team. We provide training and support to help you succeed in your role. This will be an in-person opportunity at our Montreal location.

**The Functions**:

- _Administrative Support_: Provide general support to the team or department such as customer service for our Operations team, administrative tasks for the HR and Accounting team and working with the Sales team in documentation and product training. Maintain and organize our digital filing cabinet.
- _Office Operations_: Assist with office operations, such as ordering and maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs, and liaising with vendors or service providers.

**The Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Outstanding organizational skills - able to handle multiple priorities, troubleshoot, meet targets, deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and technology

**Other Details**:

- Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
- In person role at our Montreal location
- Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually
