Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base within their assigned geographic region. This will involve developing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
- Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Product Knowledge: Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or territory management role. Experience in the construction or architecture industry.
- Sales Skills: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in business-to-business sales, relationship-building, and negotiations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both small and large groups.
