Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager and play a critical role in driving the growth of Alternative Finance, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and payment solutions.

The role involves:

  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
  • Building relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening.
  • Understanding clients' business needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions that deliver value and drive growth.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for reaching targets and expanding the customer base.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conferences: Representing Alternative Finance at all conferences and events to identify new opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
  2. Sales Execution: Executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories or market segments.
  3. Needs Analysis: Understanding clients' business needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions that deliver value and drive growth.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of Alternative Finance's products and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
