Your Role
We're seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Territory Development Specialist. Your key responsibilities will include developing and reinforcing relationships with optometrists, providing support for refractive/cataract surgery and Vision Group educational tools. You'll work closely with clinical teams, surgeons, and the Marketing department to create quarterly initiatives and annual sales plans. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About You
We're looking for a motivated individual with at least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in a medical or dental sales role. You should have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems like Dynamics is a plus. If you're self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and have a strong sense of urgency, we'd love to hear from you.
