About Colgate Oral Care Pharmaceuticals
">As a Territory Manager for Colgate Oral Care Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in delivering our premier oral health products to the market. This position offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with dental practices and drive sales growth.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to develop territory business plans, prioritizing largest/most profitable opportunities and reducing cost-to-serve;">
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by actively participating in key performance indicators, including number of calls, sales, and new/total customer acquisition;">
- Drive sales by promoting and merchandising Colgate's professional dental products to dental practices within your geographic territory;">
- Cultivate and expand relationships with dental practices to boost sales and identify new opportunities;">
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other methods of outreach;">
- Build and maintain successful working relationships with cross-functional partners, including Corporate DSO teams, Remote Selling Teams, Call Centers, Marketing, Educational Teams, and Dental Professionals;">
- Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at dental conventions, local dental associations, study clubs, and dental schools;">
- Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars/lunch & learns on the superior efficacy and value of Colgate's professional portfolio.">

- Comfort engaging with dental professionals with a strong understanding of business needs and dental terminology;">
- Eagerness to learn and utilize technologies, including CRM platforms, Google Suite, and emerging technologies in the dental industry.">
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree;">
- 0-2+ years of sales experience;">
- Positive and strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally;">
- Ability and willingness to travel within designated territories;">
- Valid Driver's License.">
