About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Territory Growth Specialist, driving strategic growth with key broker partners in Western Canada. As a seasoned distribution professional, you will leverage your expertise to build strong relationships, develop innovative solutions, and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute target account strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Serve as the central point of contact for key assigned brokers, providing expert support and guidance
- Collaborate with product groups to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize business opportunities
- Leverage sales tools and insights to enhance profitability and reach growth targets
- Manage regional initiatives, including project planning, team building, and stakeholder engagement
What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record of driving growth, achieving sales targets, and establishing trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated 7+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty industry, with a focus on broker management, sales, and marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to various audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
