The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Enablement Lead to lead our global talent management strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for talent management and a proven track record of driving results.
Your Day to Day:
As the Strategic Talent Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and leading the global talent management strategy and execution, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
You will collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the talent management strategy is aligned with the overall HR strategy and the company's goals and objectives.
You will also lead the development and implementation of performance management and career development programs.
In addition, you will manage the talent review and succession planning processes.
Furthermore, you will develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
Lastly, you will stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management.
What You Bring to the Team:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
You will also need 10+ years of experience in talent management, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
A strong project management skillset is also required.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
