As a District Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition and Development Lead, you will:
- Lead and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in key areas.
- Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address skill gaps, develop training programs, and implement performance management processes.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform talent acquisition and development strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
