We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Developer to join our Next Generation Talent Team.

About the Role

This exciting 12-month opportunity has arisen to work directly with several divisions across Lloyds Banking Group, shaping and delivering our Youth Career Strategy. As a Strategic Talent Developer, you will be responsible for providing strategic emerging talent solutions to support business requirements, designing and delivering programmes aligned to future skills needs, and driving insight through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Units and People Partnering teams to develop strategic emerging talent solutions.
  • Design and deliver programmes aligned to business units' future skills requirements.
  • Analyse data to make informed recommendations and drive business growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to feed into the broader Youth Strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Incisive analytical skills to advise on planning and decision-making.
  • Awareness of the wider early career environment.
  • A passion for creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive opportunities for young people.
  • Desirable: experience working in or understanding one or more of the business units.
What We Offer

Lloyds Banking Group offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • A generous pension contribution of up to 15%.
  • An annual discretionary performance-related bonus.
  • 30 days' holiday, with bank holidays on top.
