Job Summary

Noveen Engineering Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
