About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Noveen Engineering Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
