Key Responsibilities- Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating the flow of information, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and prepare reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
