Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Golden Minds Montessori Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as providing administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including record-keeping and data compilation
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 32-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
