Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

Overview

Sai Perfect Accounting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management.

About the Role

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events;
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures;
  • Supervising other workers and ensuring efficient workflow;
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures;
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines;
  • Overseeing the classification and rating of occupations;
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments;
  • Managing contracts and training and development strategies;
  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry;
  • Consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support;
  • Conducting performance reviews and supervising office staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college education or equivalent experience;
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be working on-site at Sai Perfect Accounting Inc.'s office location.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.
