Key Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Budgeting and Inventory: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: MS Office, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to multitask effectively. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work on site.
Estimated Salary:The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
