Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Saint Paul University. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Registrar's Office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, registration, and final grade entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate activities related to course and exam schedules, classroom assignments, and record-keeping.
  • Manage email boxes, greet students, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Key Qualifications
  • Certificate or diploma in administration or a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and supporting the mission of Saint Paul University.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
