About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner, Talent Development to join our team at Lyft. As a member of our People Business Partners team, you will partner with senior leaders to drive talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the company.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement talent development strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee development programs
- Analyze data to identify talent gaps and develop targeted solutions

- Develop and manage budgets for talent development initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
