About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner, Talent Development to join our team at Lyft. As a member of our People Business Partners team, you will partner with senior leaders to drive talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement talent development strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee development programs
- Analyze data to identify talent gaps and develop targeted solutions
- Provide coaching and feedback to senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills
- Develop and manage budgets for talent development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 6+ years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent development initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
