Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract top-tier talent, oversee recruitment processes, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Employee Relations and Culture: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, promote a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture, and advocate for company values.
- Policies and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and advise senior leadership on strategic planning.
- Performance and Development: Oversee performance evaluations, lead training curriculums and programs to address skills gaps, and support career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits plans, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and employee needs.
- Health, Safety, and Wellness: Implement workplace safety programs, promote wellness initiatives, and ensure a safe, supportive work environment.
- HR Systems and Data: Maintain HR systems (HRIS, ATS), ensure accurate personnel records, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Leadership Collaboration: Align people strategies with business goals, partnering with leadership to implement consistent HR practices.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent, with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managing complex employee relations issues.
- Experience in creative agencies or fast-paced environments, with strong recruitment expertise.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and act as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and G-Suite tools, with strong data and reporting capabilities.
- Agile, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
